A cake that reminds us of our childhood, one word to describe this cake are fragrant and delicious, this slightly chewy tapioca cake is infused with coconut milk and lime leaves. While the whole cake resemblance a beehive with vertical striations when cut across. A cake that tests the baker still in baking it and definitely a crowd puller in all events and good times.

Here at Ambon Boenda, our cakes are known for being less sweet as we use only natural ingredients and no preservatives. We are disappointed that our cakes did not fit your preferences and we hope to serve you again when you decide to give us a second chance.
This time is a second time to buy the cake and the cake can keep not very sweet taste and that flavour were very match our taste and Hong kong people flavour I was propose the brand to our friend and family, it very recommended for purchase again and again.
The Bika Ambon is my favourite kuih in the whole world! This one does not disappoint. It it best served a day after it’s made. I love it for its texture.
